The young lady attempted to give me her best service. As I got there at 0715,I was not helped until 0740, my appointment was 0730. Then I waited for over 1hr to use your shuttle service. I approached the driver (a young lady) who was texting in the vehicle if she was going to drive
us, she replied with once I go forward then I'll
look at the list and I take 5 people at a time. The service for my vehicle took 6hrs. According to ther service lady, I wouldn't get a loaner until the diagnosis was completed. In my opinion that's very good service.
Jessica was super sweet and made the experience so easy. She also waited after closing to make sure I had my car for next day.

I took my car for a oil change and state inspection, the dealer charge me for both but never did the inspection according to the state. I called the dealer several times and never return my calls. I drove to the dealer again to get the inspection receipt and had a negative solution. I am even thinking you guys did not even change the oil, I had to go somewhere else to do the oil again. At this time all calls back from you is surveys but not solutions
