There use to be value to your service now it just seems come in and out. Service writer did not explain what was done or show me any recommendations for the next service. Also the vehicle did not get the courtesy wash. Not the same service I was accustomed to in the past. Makes me not want to trade it in for a new vehicle. If I could rate it from 1-5 5 being the best I would rate this visit a 2.

Jessica and Arron were very polite and friendly. My only complaint is that the car that was loan ,was so dirty from the outside that I had to come home and wash it down, clean the windows and put some gas because the light went on. I know that you have construction going on but I think car should have been washed.
