Mr. Duran is not my regular condultant and I believe he did the bare minimum. I didn't get the communication I'm used to getting. I did mention my wipers were in need of replacement and he said he would start with what I was there for,oil change and rotation. My GX was wiped down on the outside, since I brought in a clean vehicle. I will make sure Arturo is working on the day I take my vehicle in again. Mr. Duran is probably a good consultant to his regulars, I just didn't feel it. I've purchased and maintained a lot of vehicles from Hoy, mostly Toyota. Overall, I'm okay with the service.
I asked twice for someone to call me with the estimate of about how much I would be paying and no one ever called. I asked when they called to set up the appointment and I asked again when they called to confirm the appointment.
