I usually handle my own oil changes and basic maintenance, but I used to bring my Toyota 4Runner to Fox Toyota Service, where I was a client of Adrian. Recently, I happened to run into him by chance at Wingstop—and that encounter reminded me just how genuine of a person he is, completely outside of any business setting.
That same day, instead of doing it myself, I decided to take my wife’s car in for an oil change. Adrian’s professionalism and character speak volumes. I’m not originally from El Paso, but the way he treats people made me feel like a friend, not just a customer. I always support those who carry themselves with integrity—Adrian is one of them.
