Had my vehicle serviced and Arturo is just the best. He found some issues that he felt needed to be addressed and he called to let me know. I asked him to take care of it and he was awesome as far as letting me know what stages the vehicle was in. Arturo always seems to care.
I took my vehicle for oil change and some concerns I had regarding my vehicle, first they took 6 hours for my vehicle to be ready and they didn’t even had the time to look at my concerns, I was disappointed regarding the service as had enough time when stating my vehicle was supposed to be ready in 3 hours.
Arturo does an amazing job. He takes care of all my issues every time I go in for service. We discuss the items I have on my “to do” list and he recommends additional services that are not on my list. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciate the assistance I get from Arturo every time I bring my Lexus in for service. Thanks!!

We had scheduled the 50k mile service for a 8:15 drop off. My car wasn’t ready until 4pm. I ultimately had to call at 3pm, which at that time there was still no update. Without our car, we were unable to do other plans or errands on our Saturday. It seems unreasonable to take 7 hours to perform a standard service, especially when we had a confirmed appointment, guaranteeing the work and time for that day.
I didn’t even see him honestly a young lady helped me out and got me squared away. I don’t recall her name but her bday was may 4 or 5 anyway thank you
