Ivan was very helpful, friendly and professional. Service on my vehicle was efficient and very prompt.
I had an appointment for 10:00 but did not get my vehicle until around 1:00. That is unacceptable. Art was very nice and polite and maybe that was out of his control. Wasted most of the day and paid over &440.00 for the service.
I was told my oil would be changed, new windshield wipers and they would let me know if I needed anything else. Even though when I made the appointment we asked for the 30,000 mile service. This never happened, the bare minimum was done even though they had my car for 8 hours. I also did not get my complimentary car wash. I could have received this same service from any other place. I expect more from the dealership that I bought my car from.
Ashley always goes above and beyond to assist me with my 2021 Lexus IS 300 needs. She’s very professional and very responsive to all my questions about my service and I look forward to working with her again in the future, thank you Ashley!
