Unfortunately my experience with Ivan and his quick service team was a very bad one. With a very basic service requiring a purchase and installation of one tire, a tire rotation, and MPI Ivan and the techs fumbled and lied about it on two separate occasions. Wow. Lying about something to my face twice on something of this nature. So quick to lie instead of doing the job right. What else do they lie about. My guess, most everything.
On a brighter note, my interaction with Arturo was exceptional.

Ms. Angel was prompt, courteous, and professional. She had my loaner car ready to go. I was in and out in 15 minutes. She called me when my car was ready for pickup. I picked up my car and was out in less than five minutes. The courtesy car wash was nice and the car maintenance seems to be great. Thank you.

Ashley and the rest of the team were wonderful. They were able to take care of my sudden car emergency despite it being very busy!
I had a tire issue, so the visit today wasn’t planned. Given that it was a Saturday, there were several customers already in the queue for service. Yet Ashley treated my matter with diligence and attention much as I would expect she would handle her assigned customers. It took a while for the process to be completed. I will point out, though, that unrelated to Ashley, access to the Lexus services resource via phone took inordinately long to receive attention and not in keeping with the Lexus standard.
Arturo Gonzalez is wonderful. I am very grateful to his expertise.
