Ivan was professional as always and I was very please with his customer service and the service for my vehicle.
Overall I’m happy and satisfied with service. He answers all my questions and knows what my car needs and when it will be due. The only change would be to explain the forms I’m asked to sign. He’s a great service advisor.

My tire rotation was not done because they couldn’t find the tire lock, I asked if they looked in the trunk where the spare tire was they said yes. When I got home that’s where I found it.
