I live in Las Cruces New Mexico it takes me 40 minutes to get to El Paso well I ordered my part of two brand new fobs/keys for my Lexus on Thursday or Friday I was told that they would be ready on Monday they were ready but not cut then they cut them then they had to program them and every step Ashley had to remind them to keep moving it took me 4 and 1/2 hours from 10:30 to about 4:00 to get out of Lexus that's absurd other than that the fobs were exceptionally well and Ashley was a quintessential employee very professional who made everything move along she is a very sharp employee I ask that you please recognize her good people like that don't last around thank you again for your help MJ

Helpful after realizing I was not being served regarding explanation of how the Toyota customer van rides works ie for those wanting to their Lexus and Toyotas services (no one looked to see (Toyota) if the basket with my request for a van Servic to get home)! I had been waiting 40 min with no diection. Then theyLexus service person I approached immediately had one of their service personal drive me home (I live in a79932 zip code) and same Lexus group when service completion was dellayed and no Van available - they delivered our car to our home the next morning. I suggest you revamp Toyota and Lexus with a better and consistent method or you will lose your service customers.

Ashley was fine .. I was unhappy with the fact that after being a loyal customer of Lexus for along time now I would have to go elsewhere to get my tire fixed, because you want to charge me $50.00 to patch my tire. Not a happy customer ???? no need to call me. It is what it is.
