I had a tire issue, so the visit today wasn’t planned. Given that it was a Saturday, there were several customers already in the queue for service. Yet Ashley treated my matter with diligence and attention much as I would expect she would handle her assigned customers. It took a while for the process to be completed. I will point out, though, that unrelated to Ashley, access to the Lexus services resource via phone took inordinately long to receive attention and not in keeping with the Lexus standard.

I had an appointment for 10:00 but did not get my vehicle until around 1:00. That is unacceptable. Art was very nice and polite and maybe that was out of his control. Wasted most of the day and paid over &440.00 for the service.

I was told my oil would be changed, new windshield wipers and they would let me know if I needed anything else. Even though when I made the appointment we asked for the 30,000 mile service. This never happened, the bare minimum was done even though they had my car for 8 hours. I also did not get my complimentary car wash. I could have received this same service from any other place. I expect more from the dealership that I bought my car from.
