I kept saying something was wrong with the air despite only having it for a few months. It took 3 attempts and she kept trying to tell me it was fine. I know my vehicles. She had to get another vehicle to test what cold feels like. In my experience they usually wash the vehicle afterwards plus my sales lady said she would fill my tank because she gave me the wrong spare key leaving me stranded. Plus Ashley was not so friendly.
My breaks still make a noise despite assurances the issue has been resolved.
You made a stressful situation into a successful event. You went over and above to satisfy the customer. I will be happy to return for future service. Thank you.

Doesn’t know anything and very careless!! Provided half **** information and went around questions that were being asked and being a smart ****!! Unprofessional needs to be trained and or moved from position!! Quick to charge and not assist with issue and car still having issues has not been resolved!!
