I had a 9am appointment for an oil change. I arrived at 8am…so the car was onsite…and was told they wouldn’t be able to get it into the shop until 9am as scheduled. I said okay. At 10:10am, I asked for a status. My gut tells me the car hadn’t even entered the garage. John made a call and let me know they were backed up. In the end, it took your team 100 minutes to perform an OIL CHANGE. That’s just not good enough. Doubt I will return.

This was my first experience with JS service as I just purchased the Tundra brought in for undercoating. The service person I worked with Bill was very personable and helped me get through the paperwork before and after my drop off and pickup. Job well done and looking forward to my next service interaction.
Service part was excellent. The problem was with the service rep. Wasn't friendly and seemed to have an attitude. Not someone who is representing your conpany.

Friendly staff, smooth operation
Everyone was nice enough, and maybe it's this hot summer, but the quick and transparent service that was around last year wasn't quite the experience yesterday.
I also had my key fob battery replaced but the low battery warning keeps appearing and the battery doesn't seem to be working better. I just ordered new batteries and will switch them out myself. No other issues with the service. It seemed pretty expensive this year, but a lot of things are expensive these days.
