My wife took the car for service and we had a prepaid maintenance plan. I noticed today that you charged our credit card. I'd like for this to be resolved and I would like to be contacted or I will be leaving negative reviews on public platforms.

140$ for an oil change and tire rotation…. At least coulda washed the vehicle as well. Last trip to Toyota for maintenance.

I like that inspection was communicated via text message. It seemed to make the wait a little more tolerable. The only other comment I can make is that the seat adjustment be put back in its original position. I'm 84 years old and didn't know how to make the adjustment. I googled it.
