SAMANTHA is a queen!!???? Because she knows her craft so well, she gives everyone.. VIP treatment. I feel like it’s a spa day for my RAV. Her Customer Service is impeccable!! Just like your hairstylist knows you and your hair.. that’s how I feel with Samantha… She knows my RAV and how to address my needs, before I arrive.

The person at the desk was on his cell phone which I could only assume was a personal call while I stood and waited. He did not apologize for the wait when he finished conducting his call. He asked twice the purpose of my visit. Upon completion he did not check that this visit was covered by my Toyota Care and quoted me $32.09. Had I not questioned this, am not sure what would have happened at my next visit.
Josh was very nice and explained things but I just had 4 new tires put on and I don't drive the car very much but the brakes went down to a 1. If I wouldn't come in for a sound I heard and paid 144 to diagnose I may have been out the creek if my brakes were that low. How did they start wrapping around, did someone who put on the tires do it? I don't trust many people and I hope they were telling the truth. I paid 647 total. My friend said her brakes were 250. I don't know what to believe. But I know you are a good company.

More than once I’ve been told that I’m crazy to get my car serviced where I bought it ~ they rip you off! I’m trusting I’m in good hands. Thank you for the good service. The only miff I have you no longer provide the large vacuum cleaner . I miss it.
