Ryan was very nice and personable
Ryan was an incredible service advisor today. When I arrived for what I believed to be an oil change and tire rotation, he informed me I was still good on the oil change and it just required a reset of the maintenance message. I discussed possibly replacing tires versus rotating them due to the close need for replacement. Ryan was able to give me a quote for the tires quickly and we agreed to just do the full replacement and an alignment. During this process there was an error in quoting, having accidentally quoted me for 17” tires versus the 20” tires I needed. The tires I had selected weren’t available in 20” either for replacement today. Ryan was honest and transparent about the mistake and even had already talked to the service manager, assuring me I wasn’t going to pay any more than what had been quoted to me since it was the service department’s error. Honesty and integrity like that is big in my book and one of the reasons I continue to get all my service done at the dealership versus a private mechanic. The work took a little over 2 hours and I was on my way. As usual, the service was prompt and despite it being winter, they still returned a washed and cleaned vehicle to me!

My first time with Josh. He was personable and friendly. I usually see Dave but I guess he was off.
I came in for a state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I also had an issue with a broken rear door. This door has been “fixed” twice before by your service team. After 6+ hours I still have a broken door. It’s extremely frustrating.
Great service, friendly staff. Felt very taken care of. My only complaint was that I was asked if I wanted the multi point check but then found out once I got home it wasn’t fully performed because my car wasn’t raised on the lift.
Joshua was super kind and helpful, during a stressful time. It was refreshing and made the experience, less of a drag.

As soon as I turned the vehicle on the maintenance required light had popped up blinking. It took me a minute to realize that this is the oil light indicating it would need to be changed soon. It’s a small thing but now I need to find a time again to get the oil changed when it could have been done as part of that service. I paid 1600 dollars in repairs and a simple oil check could have been done.
She went above and beyond to simplify my life and I really appreciated it! I was somewhat unprepared and she was not judgy about it at all.

I don’t wish to be contacted about this. My service rep said my vehicle was done when it wasn’t, and charged me for service I shouldn’t have been charged for. She also seemed annoyed by service I had requested when I scheduled the appt weeks ago, not knowing that that particular service isn’t completed on Saturdays. How was I to know that.
Samantha was great, this is probably the best experience I've had at the dealership, ahe was very cordial and in a good mood. I've had a couple of experiences before where the staff wasn't as friendly but she was great.
