Sam was wonderful!!! However I took my vehicle in because my hatch was not opening properly. No sooner got it home and the same thing occurred. Also there was a scratch on the rear passenger side and my van was returned very dirty. I had to take it through the car wash twice

Samantha went beyond customer service and answered my questions and concerns about my truck issues , the only down side of this is that my truck still having some problems since I purchased 4 months ago and is hard for me to believe this is brand new 2024 truck , I’m starting thinking of trading this for different model thought , bluethtooth not syncing with my phone now , air bottom on dashboard not working etc only if I reset it etc

I had made an appointment for 1pm to have my car inspected. Upon arrival, I was warned that there was a 2 hour wait before my car was even going to be looked at. Since I had made babysitting arrangements and drove the 30 minutes, I decided to wait. It became apparent through listening to other customers that the branch was testing a new system that day and that’s why they fell behind. It would have been helpful to be warned of that before making the appointment. Since I have an infant and limited babysitting, it would have been nice to maybe pick a different day. I didn’t leave until about 5pm. The staff was friendly and helpful, being a part of a new system testing was terrible. I left tired and hungry and came home to a fussy infant that I wasn't expecting to be away from for so long.

I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ago for my 20,000 mile service/oil change. I arrived and the guy highlighted my name and told me to go inside that I was with Kate. She and 3 other advisors could not find my appointment. She asked if I had a confirmation email. I showed her 2 both actually sent from her and a text message confirmation. She took my information and told me it would be a hour and a half for the service because the mechanics were backed up. I waited 2 hours to get my car back for an oil change and tire rotation. I don't care that it was free. I would rather pay $80 for a 30 min oil change and tire rotation. During the 2 hour wait, 6 "advisors" all carrying ipads stood around and chatted about life with what appeard to be nothing to do. Clearly you have too many "advisors" and are scheduling way too many appointments that your mechanics can not keep up with. I have another "benefit" available at 25,000 miles. I will not be brining my vehicle back there. The wait times for "service" are ridiculous despite being free. My time is worth more than that.

I greatly appreciate that I was comped for my tire rotation!!! However, never should a customer have to sit for 2 1/2 hours for this service and I am glad I did not get charged. The men were all very professional and kind and I will always bring my RAV4 here.

I've always enjoyed the experience there, as much as anyone can, waiting for their car to be ready. Mr. McGinley was very helpful and I believe he cared well for me any my needs.
