I was very satisfied with the service Samantha did. She is always very helpful. However, the person working on my vehicle took forever. I was there from 7:15-after 11. It was for an inspection and filter changed. Also, that person put the wrong month on. I came back today after 9 15 and left after 10. This was for him to fix the stickers only. That should not have taken that long.

I had multiple Toyota corollas over the years and I’ve always come here. I unfortunately totaled my last corolla in 2022. I drive for work and didn’t have the time to wait for another corolla. I had to settle for my Honda … Baierl Honda in Wexford. It was a horrific experience. So I come back here for oil changes/ other services… everyone is also extremely kind, helpful and quick. Plus it’s really nice I don’t have to miss work as I can work in the waiting area while I wait for my car. I couldn’t say enough good things.

3.5 hours for a state inspection is much longer than I ever experienced.
My girlfriend and I had a discussion about how great the customer service Jim Shorkey always provides. We live on the opposite side of town. It took us abot 40 minutes to get to our appointment today. We really don't mind when you receive the service that you all have always provided.

When I called to schedule the appointment the person said 1.5-2 hours. They never asked about doing an alignment. When I got there Mike then asked about the alignment which I agreed to. Then told me about a recall I had which would have been nice to know prior so had to deny that at this time. My car was to be ready in 2.5-3 hours now. Showed back up after 3 hours and my tires were not even done yet and still going to be another half an hour. Mike was very nice about it and honest about everything which I appreciated but very disappointed that I chose to come here instead of a local dealership near my house and now have to come back another day for my other services.
My first disappointment came from purchasing a brand new vehicle and having it in for a major repair after only 3,000 miles. The vehicle was disassembled entirely before realizing the part was not ordered. Basically unnecessarily sat for an entire weekend because of this. Other than taking longer than expected the vehicle seems to be running well for now. Hopefully this was a one off and not an indication of a vehicle that will continue to have issues. The communication by text is nothing but frustrating but at least messages were responded to quickly. Updates about repairs and notification for pick up should be done via a phone call. The purchase of the vehicle with the salesman couldn’t have been easier.
