I scheduled this appointment to address the following concerns but after my visit it was a complete waste of time and gas for me to drive to the dealership. - Loose rear view mirror cover vibrates against the windshield - sporadic screeching noise that comes from front drivers side wheel when wheel is turned all the way to the left and going in reverse. - both of these things have been brought up/documented on previous visits and are still not fixed. I was told they could not replicate during this visit so nothing was done - truck pulling to the right. Tech said it was normal crowning on the road causing it to pull so they didn’t do alignment check. I disagree and feel there has always been a slight alignment problem since I’ve owned the vehicle. I would have liked a more thorough evaluation of the things identified as needing fixed or looked at. If the issues still exist (which I expect they will) by the time I’m scheduled for the next services milestone we can reevaluate then.

Service rep was amazing !!!! Time of service completion was great. Only issue I had was after returning to my vehicle I found oil stains on my headliner and my steering wheel left by mechanics that performed the service.
