Oil was overfilled, dirty hand prints on door and underhood. This GS tech needs some coaching.All the fancy videos and communication cannot make up for where the work detail must happen. First time I've run into this issue at your dealership.

Second time o have had this rep. Second time I have had to go to check on my vehicle only to find the work had been completed but he hadn’t bothered to come get me. 1 1/2 hours for emission’s inspection. They had to page him to find him. I’ll be using a different dealer for service in the future.

Daniel was very friendly and professional as always. My car was serviced in less than 2 hrs. The free ice cream, coffee, and muffins made the wait feel like 40min!

The service department particularly Scott took very good care of me. I had to come back for some parts and I received a rental car at no charge. I really appreciated the communication. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Scott was very nice, service was quick and professional. The only thing I will say, when I got to my car, it had been washed, but it was still dripping wet. I have a black car and the water spots were terrible. I had to leave there and go wash my car because it looked terrible. But that's my personal opinion, I would rather it not be washed. But besides that, I'm super happy.
