You’re a big grown-up company now. The majority of your customers appreciate the convenience of paying by credit card. There is just no reason for you to charge the processing fee separately. Just bake it into your overhead cost like you’ve always done, I don’t need to see it shoved into my face when I pay the bill.

Professional, timely, and convenient.
Poor communication after waiting 2 hours. I checked my warranty with person I signed the contract with at purchasing. Then I went to tell the representative. He responded they are working on the car, because I called the warranty company. In addition, to a rude response. I asked the service representative if AAA could do a diagnostic test on a Toyota, or only does a Toyota diagnostic test show a problem. He responded AAA can diagnose a battery issue. In my opinion he is lying and how can I trust what he says. Maybe, I should check another Toyota dealership because this is not the only dealership in the area. I return to you all because this is where I purchased the car. Customer respect is top priority.

Service department has always done their best to get me back on the road and I really appreciate their dedication.
Josip was amazing . But I did have some issues with the service intake tech who got out rate and hostile with me . I did however speak to Josip manager who did rectify the situation . I hate that the black tech with dread locs represented Toyota in a poor manner as I have always had wonderful experience in the past . I hope to never have an experience of sort moving forward . But again Josip and his manager are amazing and look forward to my experience with them in the future .
