It took too long. I asked how long it will take II was told an hour but it took more than hour and half.

My only issue today was with tge shuttle. The van itself really needs to he cleaned. It actually smelled. Also the seat belt in the back on the passenger side was broken.

All of the workers we extremely kind but I had an appointment and it took 2.5 hours to replace one tire. If staffing was low or even if things were just going over time I should at least been updated. If I knew it was going to take that long I would have just made an appointment for another day or asked someone to pick me up. I had plans later in the day that I could not be late for. I understand things happen but a customer should get updates especially if it is going to take more than an hour.

Scott always takes care of me . I came in today with no appointment because I had a nail in my tire .They were extremely busy and they still found a way to get me taken care of . This is why I will never go to any other dealership to buy a new car or to have my service work done . From service to sales this is by far the best dealership I've ever done business with .
Took way too long for just an oil change.
My maintenance light came on and I called the service center and was told I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. made an appointment for 9:00. When I arrived I was told I didn’t need an oil change (I drive from Wentzville so it’s a 40 min drive). Then after an hour and 45 min later I’m told they don’t want to rotate my tires because I need new ones. Why did it take almost 2 hours to tell me that when I had an appointment? That was 3 1/2 hours out of my one day off wasted.
I love Bommarito Toyota. All the people I’ve encountered there so always so kind and helpful. Service is fast and efficient. I drive 30 minutes and pass two other Toyota dealerships to keep coming back here.
Josip was nice and very helpful with answering the questions I had.
