Told NOT to wash my car, did it anyway, ticked me off. Then service man said oil change lasts 10,000 miles yet sticker on windshield says next service is 10,000 miles! Stop lying!

Josiip has always been great since he’s been my service advisor 2-3 times now. Always polite and friendly and cracking jokes. He has truly been great to me, not trying to upsell me on things I don’t need, etc. when I didn’t know if u got the tire coverage he put in the work to call and find out for me. 10/10 give him a raise

Please note my service representative was Jay Friar, not Antonio French. Jay provided exceptional service. I actually completed the survey and gave him 5 stars. My only issue today was with tge shuttle. The van itself really needs to he cleaned. It actually smelled. Also the seat belt in the back on the passenger side was broken.
