Leland did an outstanding job of providing the best customer service experience that I can remember. I will look for Leland the next time I bring my car in for service.
Kaleb was attentive to my needs, resolved my issue with the damage tire. Also kept me informed of the work be performed. He looked up the warranty information, then informed me the tire replacement was covered.
Bob is so nice and with him being an ex tech he is very knowledgeable with service recommendations. He’s not bad to look at either. ????

I am submitting additional feedback regarding my attempt to contact Chris Woodson, Service Manager at Bommarito Toyota.
On the morning of 2/18, I called and left a voicemail explaining that I needed to speak with him regarding my customer service experience at the dealership involving Daniel. I provided my contact information and requested a return call. I did not receive a response.
I attempted to reach him again today (2/19). My first call went unanswered after a brief ring of approximately five seconds. Assuming the call may have been missed or declined unintentionally, I called again. The second call rang for an even shorter period and went directly to voicemail. I left another message and, as of now, still have not received a return call.
As a customer, I find the lack of response concerning and disappointing, especially when reaching out to management regarding a customer service issue. A return call acknowledging the concern would be the expected level of customer care.

There isn’t much to talk about really. I called an hour, prior to my arrival, to ensure that they would have a shuttle driver ready for when i srpppwd off my vehicle- and I was told yes. The shuttle driver was sent to run an errand right after I arrived and was unable to take me home. I stayed and waited when my vehicle was finished and I drove out of the parking lot. I noticed some noises starting that weren’t happening when I came in. It got progressively worse as I drove and so I turned around and had to bring my vehicle back. It was a mechanical error after doing the multi point inspection and tire rotation and something wasn’t screwed on or put back together correctly. I don’t know how badly it could’ve turned out if I hadn’t turned around to go back, but they insured me they wouldn’t charge me for fixing what they caused. Things happen, it just wasn’t my best experience. I’ve been going to this Bommarito for probably 15 years and it has been mostly good as far as experience goes. It just was a big inconvenience and I had to leave my car there most of the day as I worked from home and then returned later to pick it up.
