It took 3.5 hours for 15,000 mile maintenance and a computer re-call. I was told it would be approximately 2 hours . Very satisfied with my service rep.

I’m happy to say all was great this morning with Toyota Bob was awesome.
My only concern is I fail to inquire about the tire program that covered my recently purchased tires. My visit was to replace 2 tires damaged in a road hazard and ended paying full price for replacement.
I scheduled a 5k service for 8 in the morning. The most time consuming task was a tire rotation. I arrived at 745 and did not leave till after 1015. This is the first time this has ever happened, im usually in and out quickly

I made an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. You obviously overbooked. People with appointments should have been prioritized. My maintenance issues shouldn’t have required 2 hours.

He was great and explained additional info on my battery and the service of cleaning off posts etc. He appeared to be the only rep working and seemed to be doing a good job at mult tasking.
The advisor did not let me know my car was ready. I had to go check to see what was taking so long and found it had been done.
I came in for routine maintenance early my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off.
