My appointment was at 2:00pm. I didn't leave until 5:15. After waiting 21/2 hours I inquired what was the delay the representative informed me they didn't have my type of filter and had to send out for it. I feel when I made my appointment someone should have checked to make sure everything I needed was in stock. Waiting that long for an oil change was very inconsiderate.
My appointment was at 12:30. I didn't leave until 4:00. Was a little long, otherwise, o.k. service.

1st, your staff was completely overwhelmed. It took 20 minutes just to handle the check in process. My appointment was 1:30, I didn't reach waiting area until shortly before 2.
2nd, I am upset about the credit card fee you are now charging. I dont know if its new, or if I just hadn't noticed. It was not disclosed and I only noticed it after i had completed payment. It is a dishonest practice and it makes me question using your service department for future service. You know very well most people will be paying with credit card, to add such a fee is absurd. The service person tried to blow it off as something everyone is doing. That may be true for many small businesses. However, Bommarito is a multi-dealership enterprise that employs hundreds of people. It is ridiculous that you are adding this fee on top of the $290 service that I was already paying for. I will seriously consider taking my service needs to other Toyota dealerships or non-dealer service locations in the future.
Everything was great except setting the appointment. The rep was a bit rude because my phone number was not on file . But at the end of the day the experience I got when I got there out ways the bad experience
I have always received great service from Bommarito Toyota. Everyone is always super nice and professional.
It's just baffling to believe an appointment means one has to wait 1.5 hrs for an oil change.
