This was my 4th or 5th visit to the service department the waiting area is comfortable and the staff are always courteous and so far the service has always been good
Well,it took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Completely unacceptable. I scheduled this appointment time specifically so my husband wouldn't be inconvenienced and miss important work opportunities. Very disappointing.

Took an hour half for simple oil change and tire rotation and replaced cabin filter. Service was really push extra stuff and was quite weird about. He also seemed upset that he had to redo the order since I have Toyota care
