Just nitpicking, but it makes little sense to offer a free wash and don't dry the car off. It just leaves spots.

Danny and the team did a marvelous job on putting the spark plugs in; however, a week ago I had a complete detailed car wash done, (65.00 dollars) but when you guys took my vehicle through the car wash; it stripped everything that my detailed wash had done (the shine is gone, tires not cleaned properly, car windows unsatisfied: I would suggest that in the future that no wash be done to my vehicle
