Shelia is great. My issue is the time it takes to get my vehicle serviced. My appointment was at 11:15. I was there 2 hours. My vehicle was not worked on all that time.

My car started making nosies as soon as I left the shop. I contacted my mechanic the one I truly trust as have went to for years and would go to except my car is under warranty. He said you never change or turn rotors without replacing the brake pads because the brake pads form to the rotors. So that explains 1 of the sounds. However I don't trust that the mechanics there are competent of fixing the issue since they created the problem.
