I can’t believe they couldn’t hear the sound it was making. It’s still making it. So easy to hear ! When the speed lowers it’s louder. I am puzzled!! My husband can’t hear it because of his hearing. Others that ride with me hears it. Unsolved and costly..

Shelia was very nice, and did a great job. However after receiving my car back, I would have liked to see a mat put down so there wasn’t mud/grease on my floor mats, door sill and door also were dirty
