Crazy story! Had an appt at 8:30am for sticker and tire rotation. Everything was completed in about an hour. Everyone’s always nice! I have a 24 Tacoma and I was told it barely passed for sticker because my back rotors and brakes need replaced for $838. I felt like something wasn’t right but stuff breaks. So I only paid for my sticker a tire rotation and left. The bill was $16.64. Don’t even know if my tires were rotated!!!! Beside the sticker it said “Internal” on my receipt. So I called bland street auto and they said they would do it for $425. THIS WHERE IT GETS WEIRD. I went home first and realized someone changed my oil there was a new mileage sticker on the windshield, even though I didn’t request and it wasn’t even on my receipt. What the hell right??? I then went to bland street auto at 3 pm. They had ordered and got the rotors and brakes delivered. The tech came out of the garage and said “Your rotors are fine, completely smooth.” he said there wasn’t any reason to put the new ones on and spend the extra money. What garage does that nowadays??? I paid them $185 for brakes and labor. So I went home with a free oil change, an estimate for $838 that was wrong, don’t really know if my tires were rotated and had to go to another garage and only spend $185 because the rotors were fine. So I’ll have to come back for warranty and recall work but will be going elsewhere for tires (which I just bought tires from Ramey a month or so ago), oil, rotations, stickers etc…. I just think of someone elderly getting that $838 bill and actually paying it. Or if I didn’t pass inspection because of the brakes AND if I wouldn’t pay you to do it I would have failed inspection. It’s like I’ve been in the Twilight Zone all day. No need to contact me or anything but…..that’s the story.

Not sure why floo mats would be turned upside down on opposite sides of front floor board or why my dash clock would be altered by 3h15min. I was only there to get a sticker.

The sensor code came back on before we could get home. The first gentlemen we encountered was not friendly and did not explain the process of driving through the vehicle scan. He just said pull in we saw the red light so we stopped we had no idea what was going on and he said you cant stop keep driving. We were very confused. A lady finally came and explained the process. Everyone else was very polite and helpful however problem did not get resolved.

Lee is always very professional, provides information with process of service required and I’ve noticed he’s personal- able while having a regard of time for the next customers appointment to be addressed at slotted time.
