I was called by a Ramey Toyota employee about scheduling a service. I thanked her for calling and explained that I needed an oil change and a tire rotation. I arrived on time and after waiting 75 minutes, I was told that my service was complete. However, they did not perform the oil change, so I have to bring it back on Friday.
Waited almost 2 hrs for a battery change and wV inspection, way too long a time, especially having had an appointment

Had an 8:00 AM appointment for an oil change. I was called on my cell phone to see if wanted to get my inspection sticker that was not due until June. I Said I would go ahead and get it, and what should have been about an hour visit turned to over a two hour visit for something that was not even due. I book appointments because my time is booked up on Thursdays.
For it to take three hours for an inspection sticker is exhausting.
Everything was fine until the power went out in the service department, and my Van got stuck up in the air on the lift. I had to wait till the next day to get my van. It was no fault of the dealership, but it was quite aggravating.
Your service was excellent, Service rep Lee and all reps were excellent. Because of this I will be a long time customer and bring any service work to your Dealership. Having retired from sales, QualityControl at Hometown Subaru I know better than most customers what a great service department and staff contribute to the value. Customers feel they get from a superior dealerships they represent.
I was overcharged. I was not given credit for the the full amount of my coupon. I was also charged for the rotation of my tires, this was supposed to be included with my coupon.
