3.5 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Had an appointment Other work needed, change bulb at license plate but none in stock, air filter cha ed and battery system service. Told it would take about 1/2 hr for addition it took 2 more hrs
There is no consideration given to the customer
If there is not enough employees in the service department additional staff would help. If there is sufficient number of staff someone needs to check on using there time wisely.
This is not the first time but waiting time
has gotten worse. My decision was made that day that I would never purchase another vehicle from Ramey Toyota due to thier service department
Felt so useless being treated that way.
Devon did an outstanding job on my inspection. I especially liked the path in the video where he mentioned what a bad measurement would be. I have no idea what the brakes/tire tread should measure so the numbers were meaningless until he said what it what would be outside normal range.
The man that check me in was very helpful. I don’t recall his name but he had glasses on. I wasn’t sure what I needed but he was knowledgeable and helped me get what I needed done
My appointment was at 8:30 took until 10:30. Had to ask 2 times about it.
You all went above and beyond to take care of my truck . Much appreciated look forward to doing business here.
