Charging me $130 just to tell me my gas cap wasn’t tight was diabolical, also charging me for 3 hours when I wasn’t there max a hour and a half, I’ve very dissatisfied with it today and I will not be returning

The technician advised that the wiper blades be replaced- they were brand new! Literally replaced yesterday and hadn’t even been swiped. I don’t appreciate the upselling tactic. Shelia was fantastic and always has been, along with every Ramey employee I have encountered since having my vehicle serviced from its purchase.

Requested the 4 wheel LO light flashing and beeping continually be checked. Was told by tech he checked 4 wheel drive and all was well and no beeping. I questioned that conclusion and tech went to car with me and 4 Wheel LO light was flashing and beeping just as I said. We drove several yards in car together and LO light kept flashing and beeping. He never offered to recheck vehicle. I am coming back to have a seal replaced on AC and I expect the 4 wheel drive LO light to be actually addressed this time. Very dissatisfied. Feel as though I was lied to. Just purchased car on 4/13/26 and feel as though care for my business is not truly appreciated. I have bought a few cars at Ramey but this will determine if I ever do so again. WPendleton
