Totally disliked the “text” system you are using for service. It is extremely impersonal & complicated to use. While waiting in the customer lounge, I have very poor reception. I don’t understand why all the service people “milling” around can’t have the courtesy to discuss the service and/or at least let you know when your car is ready. I’m not sure I will return for future service or purchase.

The service that I received on my 2022 Sienna Van today (11/27/2024) could not have been any better. Everyone including the man I called when my Van wouldn’t start, the lady that checked me in, the mechanic (Justin Hill), and anyone else who helped done a fantastic job. Thanks very much.

Would be nice if service person would go over the work when done. The way it works now, you are given a piece of paper & shown the door.

The glove box was not put back in properly after taking it out. If something is removed make sure it is back in place.
