It use to be when I had a scheduled appointment, my vehicle was taken and serviced almost immediately. Now a scheduled appointment means nothing. The wait time is 2 to 3 hours. I drive from Beckley to Princeton because I use to have timely service. I’m not sure if I will continue driving this distance knowing it’s a day trip when I can go to L & S in Beckley. Shelia makes your company shine.

I do gave one comment regarding the use of texting and using links to communicate with owners waiting in the lounge. It took several tries and several minutes to download the documents.

I’ve never had a more up to date experience at a dealer . I got my vehicle report and who did the service etc before my car was released to me to drive home . Top notch service
