I was very satisfied with the entire experience except for one small detail. When I got in my car to leave, my steering wheel was covered with dirt - obviously fron the technicians hands. It was gritty feeling and had visible dirt on it. I really didn't have time to return inside to address it, and it wasn't a huge deal. I cleaned it off myself. I just wanted to let you know going forward that techs should make sure to erase all evidence they have been inside the vehicle. Thanks for the rest of the great service!
Sheila is always great. However, for the last 3 service trips the service person failed to reset the maintenance date. I caught it before I left this time but the past 2 times I've had to return. A 40 mile round trip. This should be added to the checklist.
