After the oil change, had to take the car back in for oil leak. Mechanic said the oil plug gasket was smashed. No apology very little acknowledgment that I was there. I believe Ramey should be better than that.

An appointment was made two to three weeks prior to have a tire pressure sensor replaced due to the light being on. After checking our vehicle out as we do appreciate all of the input on that, we were told they would have to order the tire pressure sensor because they thought they had one in stock but did not. Sheila did make the appointment and was wonderful to work with as she was not the individual involved with giving us the final assessment. Sheila is top notch!
