I shared safety concern regarding the door leading from the customer service area to the garage. I witnessed an elderly couple almost struck by the door when a mechanic was opening it into their path. I suggested installing a window in the door to provide visibility in both directions. Another option may be to hinge the door to open into the garage. Thanks

Great people at Ramey Toyota from Service Dept to Parts Dept
The service was fine, but it's nearly impossible to hear the technician in the videos he sends. It's mostly just shop noise. The videos would be way more helpful if they were more voice less noise.
We didn't receive the notice of things that needed addressed Therefore, we paid for the maintenance. I asked for a printout and was shocked to find the filters needed changed and our tires are at 3 & 4. We approved for the filters to be changed but had to wait longer. We feel we paid extra labor expense. Also, we were told that we could not get the special of buy 3 get one for a dollar until October. Being a long time customer, over 12 hrs, we feel we should be able to be offered the deal now. OR, DO I CHANCE THE SAFETY OF OUR TIRES UNTIL OCTOBER? Please make a small sacrifice and honor our request for the deal now. We would also appreciate a personal consultation instead of a text. I don't always have signal undoubtedly.
