We took our Corolla in for service 2 months ago and had brake pads and rotors replaced due to a severe vibration! We paid $800+ for that! We drove the car no more than 200 miles and parked it for 6 weeks, started driving it again and had the same vibration! Had to have new brake pads, rotors, and calipers which was $1000+! Service department should have maybe seen the calipers when they were replacing the pads and rotors! Lee Neal was very professional about the matter! It wasn’t his fault at all but to say my husband and I were upset about this is an understatement! Also i don’t know how much discount veterans get but the lady we wrote the check to said the computer would only give us $50.00! Don’t know why but Ramey Chevrolet gives us more of a discount!

Did not explain that results would be sent to my phone. I had to go to the front desk and ask. Staff seem to be overworked and unhappy but it was the day after holiday

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is on my checkout receipt it only tells me scheduled maintenance. I would have like to saw exactly what that maintenance was. Example oil change…tire rotation etc.

While I was completely satisfied with Sheila Lambert and the services I received on my Toyota July 2, 2025, I am not satisfied with my extended warranty I purchased when I bought my Toyota at Ramey in May 2024. There are a couple of issues that I feel should be covered under said warranty that I’m going to have to pay out of my pocket.
