Everything in the experience is great except trying to get an appointment is sometimes frustrating. It took me two days to get through to get an appointment.

Terrible,adter a couple of months of owning the 2017 Toyota Prius,all I had was trouble out of it. You guys should have fixed it with no problems,thermostat and water pump been put on there. Probably still have problems,we will see adter today. There a lemon law in WV so i should not have had to pay anything,much less $433.90 that I got hit with in July 15th 2025. I can’t even go anywhere out of town. This is what I am paying $512.00 a month for? Sickening
Shelia was amazing, she got the issue fixed quickly as we were leaving for vacation on saturday she had my part ordered & in friday morning so we could enjoy our vacation without any problems. Huge thank you for the wonderful service!

We took our Corolla in for service 2 months ago and had brake pads and rotors replaced due to a severe vibration! We paid $800+ for that! We drove the car no more than 200 miles and parked it for 6 weeks, started driving it again and had the same vibration! Had to have new brake pads, rotors, and calipers which was $1000+! Service department should have maybe seen the calipers when they were replacing the pads and rotors! Lee Neal was very professional about the matter! It wasn’t his fault at all but to say my husband and I were upset about this is an understatement! Also i don’t know how much discount veterans get but the lady we wrote the check to said the computer would only give us $50.00! Don’t know why but Ramey Chevrolet gives us more of a discount!
