The job was done perfectly. Great customer service, very professional and informative. Timing was great , did not have to wait long and the waiting areas were very pleasant. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station was great since my appointment was at 7:00 am. I really appreciate that. I also am very please with Alexander. He was professional, kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, and kind. The whole experience was exceptional. Thank you so much. I definitely will buy another Toyota in the future.
I think the wait time was extremely long for a tire change.
I understand they had to get approval for the replacement, but we also got there an hour before our appointment, we still had to wait a little over 2 hours.
Rick was very friendly, but I think he could of kept us updated, we had to go find him and get updates.

Good advice by Rich with respect to the recommended service. However, I would have liked timely update with respect to the service progress.
I was there for 2 hours and had no information about what was going on with the car. I went to the desk and that's how I found out that the car was almost ready. This poor communication has not happened before.
