Very professional and courteous service person . I would say it was 5 star rating. Thank you for your help today.
I will never bring my vehicle anywhere near your dealership you destroyed my vehicle inside and refused to
Fix it
Really enjoyed dealing with Damien!
The wheel alignment is fine. I came in because my car has been getting me 24 and 25 miles to the gallon and it should be giving me 30 to 32. Mine is a hybrid 2019 Highlander, my brother has a 2017 Highlander not red same engine. He is still getting 32 miles to a gallon what the hell is going on. Seems to me the hybrid is completely useless. If the original engine without a hybrid gets the same gas mileage. I’m coming to believe I should never buy a Highlander or a Toyota again that’s a since you put in turbo fours which are a joke and a maintenance nightmare. Pass that onto your suppliers. I’m predicting you’re gonna have a lot of turbo fours left over by the end of this year and next because they are junk. Bring back the six and the way it’s going. Don’t make it a hybrid.
After my oil change I heard a rattling sound.. kind of like a sheet of metal that was loose. After some investigating I discovered that my skid plate is missing a bolt. Either 1 of 2 things happened. 1. Your mechanic did not add the bolt back into place after my oil change was complete. Or, 2. The mechanic didn’t tighten the bolt down properly after the oil change was complete and it came loose on my drive home back to Lakeland. I was also very disappointed in having to wait 3 hours for an oil change I had an appointment for. I do believe next time I will schedule the last appointment of the day so I am not having to wait so long. I know the mechanics are ready to go home by then.
Yes, I had an appointment for a 15,000 mile service regular routine on my 2025 Camry today when I checked in the service tech did explain to me that they were running behind and it could be up to three hours. If I would’ve known that they were running late today I would not have driven all the way from Plant city And I would’ve just rescheduled since I had already driven 45 minutes to Wesley Chapel. I decided to stay it took 3 1/2 hours to complete the simple routine service. This is the third time I’ve been there since I purchased a new car and the first time I’ve had this issue what happened to wait so long. Bottom line if I was notified that they were running behind, I would have rescheduled instead of wasting all the afternoon
Was professionally greeted at arrival, checked in for a quick oil change by appointment, & received numerous texts that my vehicle was checked in. 90 minutes go by with no updates, so I check in to find out they haven’t even taken my vehicle in. Was told my vehicle was next in line and would be done shortly. Another 40 minutes go by, so walk back to the garage with Joshua to only find out it still hadn’t made it to the top of the list yet. Summary- WORST vehicle service experience in 40 years!!!
Daniel is a pleasure to work with and I hope to have him as my service advisor in the future.
Good Services and on time, perfect thanks.
Mason was awesome I'll be requesting him as my permanent advisor for both of our vehicles
I don’t like how the valet dumps windshield wiper fluid without using a filter. When I asked him why, he said it didn’t matter. Matters to me and other customers I talked to. Not professional, very lazy! My advisor was great!
Damian was able to agree discount tome since they had to reschedule servicing my car after a loooong wait .
Josh & Nari were very attentive and answered all my questions! Thanks!
I made an appointment to have a recall fixed and have my tire repaired. I can’t stress enough that I made an appointment. When I dropped off the car he told me that ‘his guys have fixed a few of this recall and he would have me in and out quickly.’ After three hours the recall wasn’t fixed and I was not given any update on the tire. He then told me that the tire could not be fixed but he had not checked if the tire was in stock. I don’t mind buying a new tire but I do mind being an afterthought; my money is as green as everyone else’s but I was treated like trash. It had been three hours and no one really cared to honor my appointment or take my automotive needs seriously. I am not sure why they had me schedule an appointment if no one was going to service my car. In the end, I left and picked up the car the next day. I think if I had not left that he would have had me sit there for five hours. If you can’t honor an appointment you shouldn’t allow it to be booked. This is the worst service I have ever had at any dealership or automotive service company-the absolute worst.
Don Sherwood is the only Tech that I want to work with at Wesley Chapel Toyota. My one interaction with a different associate last March was terrible!
