I went to the Toyota dealership in Walton Beach Florida to get my other car serviced while we were on vacation, I was so amazed with the set up there, they had a snack area set up for the customers FREE, with warm cookies, peanut butter crackers, coffee with real creamers, warm cinnamon buns and more. At your dealership you don’t even have the flavored creamers anymore. I felt like the only thing I mattered for was how could you get some more money out of me (buy a car, you can get this done, you can get that done, do you want to sell you car, do you want to know how much your car is worth? ) All I can say is WOW!!!
I'm experiencing new issues after I had an injection cleaning and spark plugs and brake fluid change. Now my check engine light is on. I'm not satisfied.

When I come in for service I don't want to be pressured into other service or trying to sell me another car. This one has 25000, I intend to drive to 300000. My 'combination instrument meter glass' was cracked when I bought the CERTIFIED car at 19600 miles. The internet has dozens of blogs about 2023 Tacomas with self cracking instrument glass. Obvious manufacturing design error. Blogs also note Toyota warranty covered the repair. The replacement part is $31 on internet. Wesley Chapel Toyota rejected warranty coverage and sent me out the door with a $935 estimate for repair which is stated to take 1 hour. I am asked weekly how I like my truck. I give factual, concise responses. Toyota failing to respect and warranty repair will cost many lost sales as I will advise others of these facts and that the Toyota warranty is a hoax.
Mason was great. Looked over my ucar and listened to all my concerns. Knowledgeable and helpful at all levels.
It took a long time. I’m retired. That’s OK.

I felt the price for the spare key and labor was ridiculously overpriced and the wait for the service to get a new key (despite having an appointment and being there 15 mins early) was too long (arrival 1:45 and departure 4:00).

Daniel was so gracious and communicative during my service experience. I want to compliment the entire team in the service department as well. The gentleman that drove my car up when I picked it up with my mother offered us waters. It is the small considerations like that in addition to the amazing service that make the service department at Wesley Chapel Toyota miles ahead of other dealerships. Every experience I have had since switching to Wesley Chapel Toyota in the last 2 years or so has been pleasant and far exceeded expectations.
