Nyah was amazing at her job and communicating with me about progress of my car and that it needed a couple of the services that no one had told me the previous times I had gotten an oil change and I will going forward. I’ll I’ll make an appointment with her because she was excellent at her job and she kept telling me what was going on and the progress of my car. Excellent customer service I would recommend her all the time and your service too.

All the services were outstanding. I was received by very polite staff. My car was ready in a very reasonable time. I was surprised they did not change the oil. I was advised that it will be at 10,000 miles. ,
I needed an extra key for my Prius, which I did get, but the key/transmitter didn't have the attachment to hook other keys on it and I had to come back for that. It wasn't Joe's fault - he did agood job but it would have helped if the parts department had made sure I had what I needed
Josh was totally professional, and also seemed like a lovely person. Much as I hate bringing my car in for service, he made it as bearable as possible!
