Thank you for your Professionalism, Nicole!
I was treated like garbage because I chose to only get the free oil change. Rich didn’t even speak to me when I checked out. And my car was delayed. I stood there so long waiting for my car to be returned I had to ask the valet to get it because they were just standing around talking and playing with their cell phones.
I was pleasantly surprised that my service was done in shorter period of time.
I was totally impressed with how fast Alex got my car in and done! Thank you! It was within half hour or less that it was done. You guys are always helpful and kind.
Everyone is helpful and professional.
Thank you very much for everything.
Alexander was great. Directions were clear as what to expect with text messages/car updates after the vehicle was dropped off. He was friendly and approachable.

Hubo mucha desorganización y se perdió demasiado tiempo con mi auto
Mason did an excellent job explaining everything very professionally
Rick was great for that’s the only person or thing I would like to compliment
I sure could go on a rant about some other people and things but it’s not worth making myself shake and tremble again
Hi,
The good:
Jared was great
Love the text update with the report and short video. Very nice!!!
The bad:
Please don’t try to sell ke stuff when I’m taking my car in for maintenance. I’m specifically referring to the car windshield guy who is telling me stuff I already know about Florida law and windshields with insurance. That was super annoying and they don’t even ask they just come up and start telling you this stuff and I’m like get away. I’m just her to get my car serviced. If I want a sales person hounding me I’ll walk over to the sales side. I already bought a car from you stop being pushy on the service side.
Sir/Ma'am,
Being honest, I have never liked bringing my Tundras to Wesley Chapel Toyota. I always feel like I'm have been ripped off. And, I have been ripped off. I should never have to pay $160 - $185 for an oil change. The real elevated cost should not exceed $100. Here's how Wesley Chapel Toyota gets you. WC Toyota advertises a $60 oil change (5 quarts). Then, you add $20 for each additional quart which still does not add to the after the fact electronic invoice. Then, you throw in tax, shop supplies, and other frivolous fees that add to $185. WTH. This is deceptive business practices. I always ask the price before I allow Toyota to do any work. The service manager throws out a price and then says he/she will help you out or take care of you. The service manager NEVER takes care of you. I could have had my oil changed at Hyundai for $80. Take 5 would have charged around the same $80 range. Other quick lube places no more than $100 total. So, why is Toyota so expensive? I only brought my Tundra to WC Toyota because I wanted the lifetime 4-wheel alignment performed. And, I may have to bring it back due to some shimmy now. Anyway, nothing against Rick Davis. He is a service manager who is also a salesman. He was professional! But, I will NOT bring my Tundra to Wesley Chapel Toyota ever again except for the 4-wheel alignment. I am disappointed!!! Finally, the top service managers (top, primary, big dog, manager of assistants) never call a customer. In the past (2 occasions) I have asked for a service manager to call me. They NEVER called. Good riddance.
Very satisfied with the service provided by Richard and the Wesley Chapel Toyota team.
Service was great but you need to stop trying to sell unnecessary services. I go for my free oil change for a new car and your sales people recommend a wheel alignment and service to clear MOLD in a brand new car? Get serious. That makes you lose all credibility. My car didn’t need either thing. Women aren’t all clueless about cars.
Erezcellent and efficient service.
