We were told that we could only borrow the courtesy vehicle / loaner for 24 hours. We were told we had to have it back the next day by 4:30 p.m. and so we went to Enterprise and rented a vehicle the next day and then we brought the courtesy vehicle back to return it and they were like well you can keep this until your car is fixed and we had already rented a vehicle so that was just kind of confusing and a little frustrating. Other than that it went well.
Cost was way in excess of email coupon sent out. But had to leave before having service done because my daughter called me sick and I had to go get her.

The service and the service manager were top-notch as always. I do not like it all that you are now charging a 2% credit card fee on top of the normal service fees as a surcharge. As a dealership, you already charge a premium for all services. I could easily go elsewhere and get my services done for much less. I pay more so that I get the top notch level service that I’m used to and it is convenient and I know it’s done right. However, for the ownership to charge a 2% surcharge just tells me they’re trying to squeeze the customers even more. Accepting credit cards is a cost of doing business. As a cost of doing business, the business needs to eat that charge, not the customer. How much business would you lose if you stop taking credit cards altogether? If the answer is “most of your business”, then accepting credit cards is a convenience to you, the business, not the customer. It’s honestly insulting when businesses charge a surcharge to accept a credit card. I don’t know many people who bring their checkbook to the dealership to pay for their services. I am a very longtime customer of Wesley Chapel Toyota and if you’d like to discuss with me further, I’m happy to oblige.

Excellent customer service. Courteous and respectful, organized and mindful about the customers time as well. They gave updates on what’s going on so that the customers will not just be waiting and wondering how many more minutes. A nice and conducive place to hang out while waiting and the coffee makes it perfect slthough it wasnt the same as what you had before which has a lot mire choices. ????

i think the world of Master Tech Abraham. i know a lot about my truck, or at least i think i do until i speak with him and am immediately humbled. techs like him will always keep customers like me from cheaper, more independent Toyota shop options. you would do well to keep him around.
