Joe was great but my appt was for 11 and job was finished at 1 for an oil change and tire rotation. My car did not go into the shop until around noon. Ali who is new at Toyota was great! I went to the shop and watched the whole service. He said he has only been with Toyota of Wesley Chapel for 1 month. His workmanship is top notch! Looks like it was a busy day for car repairs. Joe estimated 1.5 hours for the service. I am not sure if you offer shuttle service to Wiregrass or The Groves plaza but that would have made the experience better for

My issues are with the price of the service and how it changed and having to take out perfectly good parts and replace them with Toyota parts without trying first to see if they would work Thus costing me thousands more ????
