Coming to the dealership is always an enjoyable experience. Your waiting area is wonderful and I can get my work done while I wait for my Toyota to be serviced. Mason and the other employees are all so amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.

I have a back injury and have my seat in a specific position due to a surgery and the techs completely changed my seat settings and steering wheel. It’s not the end of the world but it’s frustrating considering they are only moving the vehicle a few hundred feet and adjusted so much of it

My experience with Joe was exponentially better than I ever experienced at Wesley Chapel Toyota in the year I have brought my car here. I was about to give up and go to a different dealership but gave it a try with a different service rep - Joe. Joe addressed every single one of my concerns and actually listened and remediated them rather than coming up with an excuse like previous reps have. Thank you!

Rick Davis is an amazing manager! Honestly, he is the single reason why I come to Westley Chapel Toyota to get my car serviced! He is a great asset to Toyota and definitely should be recognized as such! On a side note, the 2% fees that are now being charged with credit card payments is an interesting approach. Not something that I would have expect from the dealership. I was not thrilled to see that. I would imagine small things like that may turn away some customers in the future. But that is just my 2 cents! Have a great day!

I had an 8:15 AM appointment. I did not leave until 10 o’clock. All I had was a oil change and that is totally ridiculous.
