Unfortunately, Daniel wasn't very welcoming during my service visit. He was not mean, just didn't seem like he wanted to help me/be there. His demeanor was "dry" (though I arrived late in the middle of the week at 7:45 am) overall. Additionally, because I no longer drive a Toyota the service whenever I call or visit (for my lifetime free service only), the representatives provide minimal customer service support. It was a much happier and welcoming space in previous years. He could have greeted me with a smile, used my name, etc. He just set the tone for a less than pleasant visit to service my vehicle (purchased at this location). I really pray that all is well with Daniel and hope this response helps him/Wesley Chapel Toyota to return to the positive experience of service at the dealership overall. Thank you for your time.

Amanda is sharp. I'm an automotive engineer so I sometimes know more about cars than the advisor does. She's not only very knowledgeable but resourceful and reasonable when finding solutions to problems. I'd like to work with her every time I visit.

Damian was an awesome Service Advisor! He was polite, very professional, and helpful with all aspects of the service experience. He always updated me and kept me in the loop of what was happening during my wait. He also gave accurate wait times and held his word about it! Great customer service and overall great Advisor. i want to call out Josh Hoover who did an outstanding job helping me thru a hard process with my insurance company after i had a road debris accidnet/ I made the choice to use TWC for the repairs and it was the right one! Your shop turned my 2022 Highlander back in 2 weeks. It didnt need body work it was all under the hood and wheel well. 5 star customer service to the team at TWC - Thansk so much Charlie C

Amanda Velez was impatient and seemed irritated with my questions. She appeared very stressed and it showed. I had to wait a long time after my vehicle was finished. I was able to meet Don Sherwood and especially Scott King, who took the time to answer questions. Lisa, the lane Sup., was extremely helpful. I have worked with Ness previously. He is amazing.
