During my visit, I was waiting for 4 hours for an oil change just to find out that the agent Gracen left without even letting me know who was taking care of my car. If it wasn’t for my pacing and stress I wouldn’t have knew that he had left and gave the paperwork to somebody else. I was then help by another agent which was very appreciated and the other agent that apperantly had the other paperwork was telling the agent that helped me that he had it and that the car was ready. Which makes me think that I was waiting for so much time with the car ready and since they didn’t finish the process I was being held for no reason. Very disappointing but still greatful for the agent that got my paperwork and checked me out of the dealership. Also I wanted to add, I bought the used Ford edge 2015 thinking I was making a good deal but then realized that I was simply told what I wanted to hear and nothing more. Now I’m paying for a car at a price of a new car. Very deceitful not going to buy another car here ever again.
I arrived at 6:45 AM – for a 715 appointment. I was the first one in the waiting room and the last one out at 11:20. Waiting room filled and emptied at least twice while I was there. This was a routine annual maintenance. It came to almost $1000. Nothing wrong just routine maintenance. This is ridiculous.
Donald was great and had me out in under 45mins with oil chnage and tire rotation along with filters ! Thank you!
My appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation service was for 9am. I didn't get my vehicle back until 11:30. The wait time for a simple service like this was preposterous.

Again, no reflection on Joe. Even though the dealership fixed my sunroof at no charge, which I truly appreciate, I’m extremely disappointed in what they called the ‘detailing’ Vof my car twice. There was dirt on my wheels, the inside of my front and back windshield was not touched and there was still bug guts on my front bumper. So apparently detailing has two different definitions with the dealership and my understanding. I don’t believe anybody took a second look after they said it was done and really don’t care.
Joe is cool, the oil change service taking 3 whole hours every time is absurd. Will not be coming back
It was already when I arrived for a 10:30 appointment. It didn’t take Alex to come out and meet me to checked in my car. He was very accommodating. Within 15 I received my update of my car and by 11-ish, it was ready to go home. Good job, Alex & the technician.
