I had a scheduled service that I was planning I was going to wait for but was told it was going to take 4.5 hours to complete. I had to cancel because that was a ridiculous wait time when I had an appointment. I will most likely be rescheduling at a different Toyota.
Service provide by Pedro Colonvega was great ,,the problem was the waiting time for a simple oil change and tire rotation,it took about three hours and a half, I think Toyota can do better than that.
Prices were to high for the service
It took 2 days to find out what was wrong with the car but Rick allowed me to have a loaner. Rick is easy to work with.

Alex did a great job of keeping me informed during my wait and a clear explanation of the services being performed. I appreciate the cost benefit explanation regarding the cost of a single wheel alignment versus the cost of the extended warranty covering “as needed” future alignments.

My truck was brought back by the team around 1:25pm. I got back to the dealership around 5:30. The service had not even been started, my seat panel was not fixed, and the update was not done. It took 4 hours to do a tire rotation and an alignment. After receiving a text that my truck was ready, I returned to the dealership and told a team member that I was there to pickup my truck. It then took 30 minutes just to bring my truck back around.
