I have always used your dealership for servicing my car since I bought the last two there. I was informed via the service report that my car was in need of tires and a quote was given. I was able to obtain another quote from Costco and was told that you guys price matched. I was then told that I would be charged a 15% up charge because Costco did not have Road hazard warranty. The fact to have a five-year road hazard to which I verified I was also told I would have to pay the installation of 160 that you were currently waiving as a special and I had in writing on my estimate because of the price match. So in essence you did not price match and we’re trying to cover the difference by charging me an up charge and waiving the installation. Needless to say I did not get the tires and I will be going to another dealership for further service. Your dealership wanted to charge me $249.99 for an alignment and I found out that another Toyota dealership only charges $120 or 119 99 quite a difference needless to say I think this is the end of my relationship with Wesley Chapel Toyota. You claim that I was a VIP Client but I certainly did not feel like one.
Don was absolutely great! Got me in and out in under an Hour! Had a tire rotation/ oil change/ and multi point inspection done.
Rick Davis and Tom Proctor have always treated me the best I could expect. Service at W.C. Toyota has always been outstanding and I think these guys are the reason.
Please consider complimentary detailing services for toyota owners servicing there vehicles at your dealership.

The only thing I had an issue with was I was told I made my appointment that I would have a ride back to where I needed to go and when my car was done, I would have a pick up the service funeral pick me up, but when I got there, that wasn’t the option I only had one way that was a very inconvenience and your website says that you guys offer a courteous shuttle.

We bought this vehicle brand new from your dealership, understood we get several complimentary oil changes, l got a text advising l was to bring my car in for service, it only has 2600 miles on it and does not need the oil changed but was told it had to come in within a certain time period or else l loose these offers. Buy a new car, get several complimentary oil changes but you have to do it within this time frame, this is wrong, when the car has 5,000 miles I’ll call and make an appointment. Service advisor kept saying l had to bring it in. This is wrong. Upon my arrival l had to wait for my service advisor to check me in, explained this to him, he apologized and said it was toyotas way to make sure we bring it in, when it needs a oil change l should be calling to set an appointment not toyota telling me.
I had to wait to speak to the service advisor then upon completion l had to wait again for my car to be “brought around”, wait, wait, wait. I did not have a good experience with your service department. Not a happy customer.
Auto glass sales person with threatening sales tactics to get me to replace my windshield. Threatened that if I didn’t replace it I would not be able to in the future, and also giving false information regarding insurance policies. Which is ridiculous. Gracen the service tech was great. I just didn’t appreciate the tactics used while I was waiting in my vehicle for service, I have been plenty of other times to this dealership and this has never happened.
Overall I'm very happy with the care and attention to detail your team gave my truck. The video from the technician walking us through the issues and recommendation was great. The customer service from J. Murphy and B. Walker was impressive, made me feel like I was the only customer they had. I have been getting my Toyota vehicles services by Toyota for many years and this is the first time I was impress. Thank you
