Alexander was professional, kind, and easy to work with. The vehicle wait was estimated "less than 2 hours" and it went over this estimate. I would have liked to see that come down especially for something as trivial as an oil change and tire rotation. Take 5 will do it in under 20 minutes and I'm not expecting Toyota to be that fast, but in about an hour seems more reasonable for a simple maintenance. Has me thinking about where I do it next. Thank you.
I was specifically told that I would only pay for the cost of the engine air filter and not installation . I was not informed there would be a $27.15 disposal fee. I had told Mr. Davis I would by and install my own engine air filter and I could buy it for under $20 dollars, he convinced me to have Toyota install it and only pay for the filter. So besides paying $32.95 for a filter,I had to pay an additional $27.15 disposal fee!! I am very upset and I feel that I was misled to indoor to spend more money then I wanted to spend !!
Richard Davis is an outstanding advisor when it comes to explaining the needs of vehicle maintenance and the significance of keeping up with timely services.
Nyah was professional and made sure my key was accounted for at all times after my key was lost last time. She was quick to update me. Smooth process.
I received excellent service from Nyah as she clearly set out the process for my service and about my warranties was apologetic about the long wait times for the day.
Nyah and the mechanic were wonderful!!!
I really like Pedro Colonvega , he is helpful & professional, I will request him every time for future service now
Thank you, the Wesley Chapel Toyota team the best.Nicole Watkins really nice very polite.
Missing my gym bag & gloves
Very professional and helpful.
Nyah as always was great. She’s the face of your service advisor department. She’s why I come there!
Pedro did a great job keeping me informed and going over the options for making my vehicle safe
The next time service is needed was not set correctly so it has been indicates that service is needed and it isn’t. I would like to have it corrected when I come in again (not for service).
He was really respectful and did all the process of signing the paperwork fast.
As I was in on a Saturday I realize it’s a busy day. I was explained that the vehicle update could take a while, I understand this. My check in was around 715or so for a 7 am appointment. My issue is, I was never informed along the way by video of the check in and the work performed. I patiently waited until almost after 1130 for an update….no text thru your system or by the advisor. Not sure who is to blame for the busy day Mason had on him or the lack of follow up by the service bays. Bottom line, this is the second time a routine update turned into a long day at Wesley Chapel Toyota. On top of that, I’m not sure safety check was even done as needed because I never received any update. Mason did his job, the fact you couldn’t find a rattle that he videoed and showed techs is astonishing to me but that also led to the delay. Keep in mind my vehicle is tracked by the Toyota app. At one point, it finally alerted me that the door and window were open, long after the service was to begin. I wasted a day at your facility for what was not my issue. You got to do better and stop forgetting your customers. Really not pleased but Mason did the best he could with what you left him to deal with on the customer service side. Do better or you won’t get my money for the next vehicle. I really spent from 7:15 until after 1:15 for a software update and tire rotation? Come on, something needs to change.
Had an appointment but still waited three and a half hours. The last two batteries that have been installed through Toyota last less than 2 years
Amanda did a great job but this non-sense 2% surcharge when paying with credit card will make me re think about going back to Wesley Chapel Toyota. Not sure if I’m going to a dining restaurant or to a dealership when paying for the service.
