With appointment the work took over 2 hours which presume to go to a scheduled training. The glove compartment was not properly placed back and a tire cap on my new tires is missing. I know understand why the WC community post so many negative reviews.

I haven’t redeemed my 25k mile package and last time with my previous advisor, even though my car was a little bit over 20k, she used the 20k package and said the next one will be for 25k mile, then we took the car in at 32k miles and this advisor Scott King wouldn’t let me use my package that I still have?? Then tried to charge my husband $1200 for 30k maintenance? This is why I’d much rather go to Sun Toyota, they never try to cheat me like you guys do here(except for my previous lady advisor). This advisor also sounded like a robot with no personal skills whatsoever. Not coming back to this location ever again. I’m glad i didn’t buy the car from yall though even though I live down the road, this whole dealership is the worst in Wesley Chapel area, always try to cheat people out of their money, and your car prices are also terrible, which checks out with your sale tactics on service maintenance.

Joshua Hoover was incredibly knowledgeable about my brake pad questions. I had mistakenly scheduled an appointment with the wrong Toyota company, but he was able to reschedule it for me. He did an exceptional job, and I will definitely be returning for future maintenance appointments.
